Redefining What’s Possible in Independent Wealth Management
AGC Plover Hill partners with independent RIAs through non-controlling, common equity investments aligned with founders and leadership teams.
We invest alongside management in the same class of equity, take an evergreen approach, and emphasize collaborative governance that supports independence and long-term value.
Our focus is on strengthening the business—leadership, governance, infrastructure, and thoughtful growth—not optimizing short-term cash flow.
There are no preferred returns, no control structures, and no artificial exit timelines. Our success is directly tied to the long-term health and value of the firm.
